Won’t open to view cameras on iPhone. Had VMEyeCloud but after I had reset phone got a message that I cannot get the app in the apple store anymore. So I installed this app VMEyeCloud lite. But it won’t work.

It’s not working on my iPhone anymore. Tried contacting someone about the issue no one has responded yet. Very Irritated!!!

Haven't been able to get image after hours of trying yet, keep failing

I've used this App for just one week so I will update my review and start treating after a month or so. It is faster than the other similar Apps that I have used over the last three months. The image is sharp and up to 16 cams can be viewed on my iPhone screen (in landscape and in portrait). It is possible to double tap to enlarge any one cam view to full screen in landscape.

Recently changed phones and the app doesn't work anymore!! It even deleted my password and I've tried every possible password i could think of and don't have access to my cameras!! And there's no support to help me out!! It's frustrating

Can't log in. It started back working for about 3 weeks now back to log in error, haven't been able to use for at least 2 months

stopped working since the last update. I bought the sistem for the phone surveillance and now I have nothing

Latest update making my video cannot be accessed!!! Checked with my iPad which has previous version is working fine.

App crash on iOS 8.3

Working pretty good just need to figure out how to use other features. I like it so far.

I had problems when I first installed this app on my Windows PC. After trial and error and loading it on a laptop with Vista it worked great.

Terrible terrible terrible unreliable useless app with no promise of upgrades or improvement.

I wish I could give this app a negative 10, that's how bad it is, I'm searching for another app that will work on place of this one, 99.9% of the time it doesn't load and when it does gets cut off within seconds and wrote the company 7 times looking for a solution and eh vent heard a word from them yet

Rarely connects. When it does connect it doesn't stay connected for long! Booooooooo 👎👎👎👎😡

App no longer crashes. It is a simple app with no frills, but it works.

This app just doesn't work! I have had other surveillance apps and they worked with out the hassle that his app provided! It fails to connect and I need to have visual on me at all times and they don't seem to know how to get it right. Need to fix this app ASAP because the most recent update didn't fix the issue....

When I first downloaded the app it worked great. But it's been about 2 months it hasn't worked. DONT DOWNLOAD IT!!!! It does not work!!!!

This app crash and take a long time to connect and out of 10 times 9 time it's like fail to connect also you can't log in with user name !!!

After the last update, cannot connect at all. Please fix. Says fail to connect.

Worked ok on the iPhone 4. Upgraded to the 5s and it only says invalid user. Need help!!??!

Without the ability to view past events, the usefulness of this app is low. Please add a ? Button that opens a help page that explains the icons at the bottom of the screen and what each and every option does. But the ability to view recordings is critical

Was working perfect till update to fix bugs, now I can't connect? Please fix.
